**Service Advisor (Automotive**)

**Responsibilities**
- Independently manage tasks whilst keeping a customer-centric approach, ensuring all interactions and services enhance customer satisfaction.
- Efficiently create job cards and compile detailed invoices for all works carried out, guaranteeing transparency and accuracy in billing.
- Collaborate closely with the workshop controller, parts department, and service manager to coordinate and deliver top-quality service experiences for our customers.
- Meticulously record vehicle information, service history, and manage service requests through the 1 Link platforms, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurately maintained.
- Actively liaise with leasing companies and retail customers to obtain approval on work, demonstrating excellent negotiation and communication skills to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Employ a proactive approach in identifying up-selling opportunities to benefit profitability of the department.
- Identify potential issues or opportunities for service improvement, contributing to the continuous enhancement of our service standards.

**To Be Successful, You Will Need**:

- Proven IT competency, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and service delivery, anticipating customer needs and exceeding expectations.
- Strong customer service orientation, with previous experience in a service-focused role, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation, and with external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a similar role, showcasing your ability to work independently, using your initiative, delivering first class customer service, and identifying up-selling opportunities.
- A self-motivated, positive attitude and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK Driving License
