Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at House Recruiting. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue across our portfolio of events, working closely with our commercial director to identify new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Work closely with the commercial director to identify new revenue streams and develop business growth plans
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth commercial workflow and achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the events industry and ability to understand commercial opportunities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
