Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at House Recruiting. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue across our portfolio of events, working closely with our commercial director to identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across our events portfolio
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth and retention
  • Work closely with the commercial director to identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve business growth
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or sector
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
