About our Team
The Data Services Sales Performance team is responsible for designing and delivering programs to enhance sales behaviors and reinforce a culture of high performance. Our 3C mindset – confidence, curiosity, and courage – guides our value-driven customer conversations.
About the Role
We seek an experienced Regional Sales Performance Manager to lead sales effectiveness initiatives for Data Services in the EMEA region. As part of the in-region Sales Performance team, you will drive the right sales behaviors, enhance sales capabilities, and align regional strategies with global objectives. You will work closely with the central Sales Enablement team and regional stakeholders to implement tools, resources, and training programs that boost commercial growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quarterly onboarding programs for new starters in EMEA.
- Collaborate with local sales managers to coordinate, assist, and ensure quality execution of our 3C Sales Certification program.
- Deliver 3C Selling and additional ad-hoc salesperson development programs, including the 3C Velocity initiative.
- Manage internal relationships with EMEA leaders and managers to ensure feedback loops, prioritization, and impact assessment.
- Work with the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams to ensure adoption of sales enablement tools in the region.
- Partner with regional partners in EMEA to support training delivery.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales and sales leadership roles.
- Understanding of various selling methodologies and experience implementing them in global sales organizations.
- Ability to communicate value capture as part of the sales process and navigate steps to achieve it.
- Proven ability to develop sales organizations and implement skills, process, and knowledge development programs for successful outcomes.
- Strong relationship-building skills to ensure alignment with local Data Services businesses in the region.
- Proven team player with experience working closely with the broader Sales Performance team and across the wider Data Services commercial teams.
