Insolvency Administrator Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join a leading specialist Insolvency Practice in Kent. This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage case delivery, including pre-appointment, progression, and closure.
  • Realize assets in a timely manner, ensuring maximum recovery for stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Insolvency Manager and/or Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Investigate Directors' conduct, including misappropriation of company funds.
  • Prepare for and attend creditors' meetings and procedures.
  • Offer recommendations for signoff by the Insolvency Practitioner.
  • Liaise with third parties and senior staff to ensure case progression and prompt realizations of assets.
  • Attend site visits as necessary.
  • Maintain IPS case diaries and IPS setup.
  • Ensure statutory deadlines are met.
  • Support Administrators and Trainees.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge and contribute to improving systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Insolvency Administrator.
  • CPI Qualified, studying, or qualified through experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Based within a commutable distance of Medway.

  • A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000, negotiable based on experience and background.
