Position Overview

As a Conflicts Administrator, you will be integral to the Compliance Team, providing support to our offices. Your collaboration with seasoned professionals will center on managing conflict reports, conducting corporate research, and offering compliance assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive conflict assessments for new cases and execute corporate research.
  • Evaluate and interpret intricate search outcomes, ensuring precision and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Assist in assessing relationships among entities and oversee Intapp Walls management.
  • Facilitate lateral hiring processes and securities trading compliance, ensuring alignment with firm policies.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in compliance, legal conflict management, or risk assessment, preferably within a leading law firm.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
