**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team at AJ FOX COMPLIANCE. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the firm's policies and procedures are in place to avoid conflicts of interest, protect confidential information, and comply with legislative and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handling complex legal conflict of interest matters, including reviewing and analyzing data to identify potential conflicts.
  • Leading commercial clearances across offices, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
  • Handling medium and high-complexity confidential information issues, including data protection queries and compliance projects.
  • Assisting with the firm's internal audit process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
  • Reviewing and updating internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Assisting with compliance projects, including data protection and regulatory compliance.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and compliance, gained at an international law firm or other professional services firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential conflicts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and firm policies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
