About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join eXPD8 as a Retail Merchandising Specialist, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertise in The Entertainer brand and products, with the ability to share knowledge with the team.
- Compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies, and health and safety guidance.
- Product placement and replenishment, including arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
- Promotional and point-of-sale setup, including setting up displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
- Strong communication and relationship building with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
Requirements:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
- Pride in delivering great standards and service for clients.
- Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point-of-sale or stock items.
- Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
- A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
