About the Role

eXPD8 is seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in the Newtown area. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will work primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco, with opportunities to work across other categories.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.
  • Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
  • Provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via our feedback application.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive with ownership of your own work within set time frames, using your own initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling, moving and arranging products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
  • Willingness to accept home deliveries of point of sale or stock items for some visits (paid extra).
  • Confidence using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks.
