We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive product and promotion displays, and well-stocked shelves within The Entertainer concession at Tesco.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring merchandising standards and guidelines are met, including planogram implementation.
  • Arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Setting up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Building and maintaining good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and able to move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shop floor.
