We're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team at eXPD8. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you'll work primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco, with opportunities to work across other categories.

Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked. You'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with instore colleagues to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:

This role will primarily be based within Tesco Newtown, with confirmed working hours including Thursday 08:00-11:30, Friday 15:30-17:30, and Saturday 15:30-17:30. You'll also be required to perform ad hoc work as agreed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert knowledge of The Entertainer brand and products
  • Compliance with merchandising standards and guidelines
  • Product placement and replenishment
  • Promotional and point of sale setup
  • Strong communication and relationship building

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
  • Comfortable with manual handling and occasional home deliveries
