Position Overview:

Brook Street is actively recruiting for a Court Attendant to support a significant public sector client in the Legal Sector.


The client is tasked with ensuring the effective operation of the legal and justice system and requires a capable Court Attendant to facilitate the orderly conduct of court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting court clerks and preparing precise court log documentation
- Guiding and supervising vulnerable individuals and minors to their respective hearings
- Utilizing initiative to perform tasks based on hearing outcomes without explicit instructions
- Communicating with Legal Advisors, Judiciary, and the public
- Maintaining and updating system databases and records
- Performing additional administrative duties as required

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:
- Strong IT and data entry capabilities
- Resilience in handling often distressing information
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing challenging situations
- Ability to effectively identify, prioritize, and plan tasks
Candidates with a transferable DBS on the update system will be considered advantageous.
