Key Responsibilities- Act as first line support to the Branch Manager, leading and supporting the team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Get to know our product lines and services to make the most of all customer interactions and drive sales growth.
- Lead the team to prioritize health and safety, demonstrating a commitment to creating a safe working environment.
- Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
