About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to students with complex health needs and mental health issues.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, teachers, and other support staff to ensure seamless care and education.
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes the well-being and academic success of students.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a hospital/school environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with students, families, and staff.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
