Creative Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to oversee the operational management and quality of one of our Extra Care services. As an Extra Care Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a person-centered and empowering service that meets the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational management of the Extra Care service, ensuring high-quality care and support for residents.
- Work closely with the housing provider and service users' families and friends to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support, ensuring compliance with CQC quality requirements and care standards.
- Lead a team of Extra Care Support Coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care service provision.
- Warm, person-centered, and respectful approach to care and support.
- Understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards.
- Relevant professional qualification and/or a degree-level qualification.
