About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Physiotherapy Support Specialist to join our team at Circle Health Group. As a key member of our physiotherapy department, you will provide essential support to our qualified physiotherapy staff, enabling them to maximize their clinical skills and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent support service to qualified physiotherapy staff, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Participate in pre-operative assessments and clinical treatments under the supervision of a Physiotherapist or Senior Physiotherapist.
  • Manage physiotherapy appointment systems accurately and efficiently, ensuring seamless communication with patients and staff.
  • Handle general telephone enquiries and refer clinical issues to the relevant Physiotherapist.
  • Manage patient databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Contribute to maintaining CHG Physiotherapy audit compliance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to reassure patients and encourage them to undertake their exercise programs.
  • Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
  • Proficient in the use of a PC, including software and systems.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic.
