**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Probation Officer to join our team in Buckinghamshire. As a Probation Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking the full range of offender management tasks, including assessment, sentence implementation, and producing reports.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional advice and assessment, including written reports to courts, the Parole Board, and other criminal justice agencies.
- Undertake the full range of offender management tasks with offenders assessed at all levels of risk of serious harm.
- Use computer-based systems to produce, update, and maintain records and other documentation within agreed timescales.
- Ensure timely and effective referrals to, and relationships between, offender management, court teams, victim contact units, interventions, Approved Premises, prisons, and external agencies.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the offender management and criminal justice sectors. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
