Senior Quality Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Quality Administrator to join our team at Charity People. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving the quality of all services and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage databases and coordinate participant registrations
- Respond to queries and maintain the programme's website
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents
- Assist with committee work and ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
You will have relevant administrative experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational and time-management abilities. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of maintaining databases while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and document formatting, is critical.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £13.90 per hour plus £1.68 per hour holiday pay (equivalent to £25,300 per annum FTE) and a hybrid working arrangement with 5 days per month in our London Bridge office.
