Join Our Team as an Air Quality Consultant/Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Air Quality Consultant or Senior Air Quality Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients across various sectors, including transport, energy, industry, and government.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a leading independent air quality and climate change practice in the UK. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from air quality assessments to environmental policy development. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the technical management of large and complex air quality assessments
  • Develop and lead proposals for new work and tenders
  • Oversee and deliver stand-alone air quality assessments for new developments
  • Prepare chapters for Environmental Statements, including those for Development Consent Order (DCO) applications
  • Contribute to the development of environmental policy and economics practice
Requirements
  • Significant experience in the technical management of large and complex air quality assessments
  • Expertise in atmospheric dispersion modelling, particularly for the assessment of air quality impacts related to major transport and industrial infrastructure
  • Wide understanding of ambient air quality monitoring methods
  • Working knowledge of Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
  • Track record in the consultancy sector with strong customer focus
  • Good communication skills, both orally and in writing
  • Strong technical capability and ability to review and interpret data
  • Full UK driving licence
