Job Overview

This is a fixed-term opportunity for a Workforce Business Partner to join our team at Swansea Bay University Health Board. The successful candidate will work strategically with Corporate divisions to understand their service strategies and business objectives, and collaborate to identify and develop business-focused solutions.

Main Duties
  • Act as a senior member of the Health Board's Workforce & Organisational Development Team.
  • Develop and support the delivery of workforce and organisational development strategies.
  • Provide regular reports, analysis, and recommendations for action against key performance indicators and transformational change objectives.
  • Lead on the identification of workforce-related cost efficiency schemes and support their delivery.
  • Support hearings, appeal panels, complex investigations, and undertake policy development.
  • Interpret employment legislation and case law, providing authoritative advice on complex and specialist Workforce and OD issues.
