Job Title: Support Worker - Blackpool

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Making Space in Blackpool. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with their daily living needs, promoting independence, and empowering them to live fulfilling lives.

About the Role:

This is a part-time position, working 22 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of £12. You will be based at our St Pauls Road Service in Blackpool and will be required to travel to other schemes in the area. A full driving license and access to your own transport are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support adults with their daily living needs, including personal care, domestic tasks, and accessing the community.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
