About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new business opportunities in the Power Generation and Marine sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve defined growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners
- Work closely with engineering and product development teams to align customer needs with product offerings
- Plan and organize client visits to maximize face-to-face engagement
- Develop strategic account plans to meet sales quotas
- Build strong product knowledge and market awareness
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the Power Generation or Marine industry
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
- A strong track record of lead generation and closing business deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
