Key Responsibilities:

  • Source job leads and convert them into workable jobs through cold calling, business development, networking, client meetings, and sales pitches.
  • Present, negotiate, and agree terms of business with clients.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers across various industries to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Build and represent a consistent candidate pipeline, identifying, targeting, and qualifying potential candidates.
  • Manage candidates through to offer and acceptance, including offer negotiation and counteroffer counseling.
  • Deliver effective aftercare to candidates and clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and advanced language skills in another European language.
  • Minimum of 6 months of previous recruitment experience or sales experience outside of recruitment.
  • Tenacity to develop new and existing business and resilience to overcome challenges.
  • Solid IT skills and comfort sharing information.
  • Friendly, hard-working attitude with a strong ambition to exceed expectations.
