Key Responsibilities:
- Source job leads and convert them into workable jobs through cold calling, business development, networking, client meetings, and sales pitches.
- Present, negotiate, and agree terms of business with clients.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers across various industries to understand their recruitment needs.
- Build and represent a consistent candidate pipeline, identifying, targeting, and qualifying potential candidates.
- Manage candidates through to offer and acceptance, including offer negotiation and counteroffer counseling.
- Deliver effective aftercare to candidates and clients.
- Plan a strategy to build your desk and work towards promotion.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and advanced language skills in another European language.
- Minimum of 6 months of previous recruitment experience or sales experience outside of recruitment.
- Tenacity to develop new and existing business and resilience to overcome challenges.
- Solid IT skills and comfort sharing information.
- Friendly, hard-working attitude with a strong ambition to exceed expectations.
