PCN Operations Manager

About the RoleThe PCN Operations Manager will provide effective day-to-day operational management to ensure the smooth running of the PCN and Bushloe Surgery, overseeing its governance and administration. This includes ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and procedures, managing risks, and developing contingency plans with service and contract leads.
Key Responsibilities- Operational and HR management: Ensure effective operational administration and workflow processes to enable the smooth running of the PCN and Bushloe Surgery.
- Performance management: Produce performance and quality reports on the delivery of PCN schemes and Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) staff to ensure the delivery of PCN objectives, indicators, and targets.
- Digital, IM&T, and Information Governance: Ensure the company's compliance with the GDPR, Freedom of Information, and other relevant legislation and professional information management standards.
- Quality management: Work with PCN colleagues and Practice Managers to ensure adequate responses to complaints and learning events, maintaining a register and implementing learnings.
- Relationship Management & Communications: Develop an effective communications strategy and ensure effective communication is maintained within the PCN and with commissioners and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operational management, HR, and performance management, with a strong understanding of PCN governance and administration. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and concisely, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
