    • Support in the preparation of board presentations and executive reports.
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to support business needs.
  • Process Improvement & Automation:
    • Continuously improve financial planning and reporting processes, introducing automation where possible.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and quality of financial information.
Requirements
  • Education: Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA) with experience in financial and planning analysis.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in FP&A/commercial finance.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and mentor junior team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to accuracy and detail while working under tight deadlines.
