The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the security operations across multiple regional retail locations. This will involve close client liaison, staff management, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services.

We are looking for a professional with excellent communication and client management skills, who can build strong relationships with our clients and provide a high level of service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security management, with experience in the retail sector being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the security operations across multiple regional retail locations
  • Close client liaison and staff management
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality security services
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide a high level of service
  • Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure adherence to security protocols
  • Manage budgets and implement cost-effective security measures
  • Prepare comprehensive operational reports and present them to clients and Senior Management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in security management, with experience in the retail sector being highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Strong organisational and leadership abilities
  • A relevant security or management qualification is desirable
  • A valid SIA Security Licence is highly desirable
