The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security management, with experience in retail environments being highly desirable. You will be responsible for coordinating the deployment and management of security personnel, supervising the recruitment, training, and allocation of staff, and fostering strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction with security services.
You will also be responsible for conducting regular site visits and audits to ensure adherence to security protocols, managing budgets, and implementing cost-effective security measures. Additionally, you will prepare comprehensive operational reports and present them to clients and Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities- Manage security operations across multiple regional retail locations
- Coordinate the deployment and management of security personnel

- Manage budgets and implement cost-effective security measures

- Proven experience in security management, with experience in retail environments being highly desirable
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
- A relevant security or management qualification is desirable
- A valid SIA Security Licence is highly desirable
