About You

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support, maintenance, and implementations for global STERIS IT infrastructure
  • Proactively monitor IT infrastructure and provide support as needed to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to implement new technology solutions aligned with our strategy and goals
  • Maintain and upgrade IT infrastructure, including security configuration and incident management
  • Participate in business continuity testing and adhere to IT policies and standards
  • Take on project tasks and work with program managers to deliver global projects

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge in technologies such as Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere, Cisco Networking, etc.
  • Experience in an ITIL Framework environment and advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to write technical documentation and maintain knowledge base
