Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist at FCC Environment, you will execute maintenance tasks in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring minimal negative impact on the environment.

This role is a full-time position, requiring work across 5 days each week. We offer a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Maintenance Team Leader with all tasks related to mechanical and rotating equipment repairs while maintaining detailed records.
  • Utilize the computerized maintenance management system effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where team members can develop their skills in both Operations and Maintenance.
  • Supervise all maintenance activities related to Mechanical and Rotating Equipment, working alongside a team of skilled technicians and managing external contract support as necessary, in compliance with Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management protocols.


Required Skills:
Proficient knowledge of preventative maintenance and repair of Overhead Cranes, Grabs, Pumps, Fans, Mechanical Drives & Assemblies, and other site-related equipment.
