  • Answering calls from customers and drivers with queries about their deliveries.
  • Responding to calls from drivers regarding road closures, missing items, or disputes.
  • Communicating with customers and drivers regarding failed deliveries.
  • Updating customer information as needed.

Job Details:

  • Location: UK
  • Pay: £11.52 per hour
  • Schedule: Working 5 out of 7 days
  • Weekday Schedule: 06:00am – 21:00pm
  • Weekend Schedule: 06:00am – 18:00pm

Requirements:

  • Previous call centre experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
