Job Title: Senior CRM Executive

At McLaren Racing, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and excellence in the world of motorsport. As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our fan engagement and loyalty initiatives forward.

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM professional to join our team. As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing effective fan communication strategies across email and mobile platforms. You'll work closely with our commercial teams to drive website traffic, enhance brand engagement, and achieve specific conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute fan communication strategies for different audience segments
  • Apply best practices in email marketing and continually seek innovative ways to improve processes and content
  • Design and implement test plans for ongoing learning and optimisation of campaign performance
  • Create and execute detailed data segmentation plans for each campaign
  • Identify opportunities to integrate partners into email campaigns and data strategies
  • Regularly report on global email marketing activities and use insights to optimise and enhance campaign performance
  • Analyse email engagement data to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in email marketing performance
  • Collaborate with social media and digital teams to ensure seamless integration across all digital communication channels
  • Build a strong relationship with Salesforce and develop a roadmap to maximise the platform's effectiveness
  • Ensure Salesforce systems are fully optimised, meet business requirements, and are integrated across departments
  • Manage customer data with precision and leverage analytics to extract valuable customer insights and inform decision-making
  • Play a key role in digital transformation efforts by integrating CRM with other digital tools and platforms
Requirements
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
  • Technical expertise in CRM campaign setup, email communications, customer journeys, digital analytics, and platform integrations
  • Strong analytical skills paired with commercial acumen
  • Proven experience in writing, proofreading, and copy-editing
  • Highly organised with solid experience in scheduling, time tracking, and resource management
  • E-commerce experience, preferably within the sports industry or luxury brands
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to address challenges effectively
