Customer Service Representative - WHSmith

Contract Type: Permanent

Working hours: Primarily on Saturdays, with flexibility to assist during busy trading periods throughout the year. Candidates with experience in financial services or relevant academic backgrounds are preferred, though comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicant.

As a Customer Service Representative in our Post Office division, you will deliver outstanding service to connect individuals across distances, manage travel funds and documentation, and handle various banking and bill payment tasks. We strive for our customers and staff to take pride in their experiences with us.
