Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Sammons Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, including depot workshops, parts departments, and 3rd party suppliers, to ensure efficient communication and resolution of issues.
  • Monitor and manage machine costs and margins, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process new and used machine sales orders, including receiving and processing orders, and raising purchase orders and DTS requests.
