Administrative Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our small friendly team at Profiles Personnel. The successful candidate will provide support to the team, suppliers, clients, and site operatives, assisting with a range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and action all incoming calls and emails in a professional and polite manner
  • Receive and welcome all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide client updates regarding project progress
  • Update the company bespoke project planner and database system
  • Assist in the administration of sub-contractors and suppliers, including issuing/tracking purchase orders
  • Assist with incoming/outgoing post and accept deliveries
  • Carry out all reasonable tasks that may be requested
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Be smart in appearance and have a warm, friendly, and professional telephone manner
  • Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
  • Be conscientious, reliable, and have a willing, 'can-do' approach
