Global Payroll Delivery Manager

Vistra is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Service Manager to join our Global Delivery team. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Service Management: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of global payroll delivery, ensuring seamless service to clients.
- Relationship Management & Client Communications: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of payroll/HR experience in a client-facing environment, with a proven track record of delivering against client requests.
- 5+ years of experience in an operations-related environment, with a proven ability to deliver cost-effective solutions and service design.
- Proven experience in operational and client management.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Basic Project Management skills.
- Competent with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
