In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees across Europe and Asia. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments and external partners, demonstrating your expertise in global payroll operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end payroll process for our European and Asian workforce, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate payroll records and processing systems, capturing and inputting data meticulously.
  • Coordinating year-end payroll processes, including the preparation of relevant tax documents.
  • Handling employee lifecycle events such as starters, leavers, and contract changes, updating payroll records accordingly.
  • Generating monthly, year-end, and ad hoc reports to support financial analysis and reporting.
  • Providing prompt and professional responses to all payroll inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the wider Finance department to ensure seamless monthly reconciliations aligned with established procedures.

We are looking for an individual who possesses:

  • Proven experience processing monthly payrolls in Europe and Asia, ideally within a multinational environment.
  • Strong proficiency in ADP Streamline and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative and adaptability to handle evolving priorities and demands.
