Abbotts, a leading estate agency established in 1850, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agent to join our team in Rochford. As a key member of our residential sales team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of a profitable and well-organised office
  • Provide an effective and professional estate agency service to clients
  • Lead by example, delegating tasks to exceed performance standards and targets
  • Optimise opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivate and support team members, ensuring they receive necessary training for career development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, and mentoring teams
  • Strong background in outstanding customer care and service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with IT literacy and a Full UK driving licence
