Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager at Abbotts, a well-established estate agency with a strong presence in the Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, and Cambridgeshire property markets.

About the Role

  • Assist with the management of a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective and professional estate agency service to clients.
  • Lead by example, delegating tasks to team members to exceed performance standards and targets.
  • Optimise opportunities for market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions.
  • Motivate and support team members, ensuring they receive necessary training for career development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager and team to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
  • Conduct regular market appraisals and provide expert advice to clients on property valuations and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer, with a strong background in managing and leading teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Full UK driving licence and ability to travel to various locations.
