Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, preferably as a Senior Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, and mentoring teams
  • Strong background in outstanding customer care and service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with IT literacy and a Full UK driving licence
