Business Operations Coordinator

Flexicruit is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their Client Services team. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our major clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Investigate and resolve inconsistencies on utility invoices by collaborating with suppliers and clients
- Ensure timely processing of invoices and credit notes in line with key performance indicators
- Validate and process invoices, ensuring accuracy in data entry and troubleshooting any errors
- Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure smooth operational workflows
- Strong customer service ethos with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently, especially under deadlines
- Team-oriented with an eye for detail and a strong initiative
- Prior experience in the energy industry or familiarity with utility invoices is advantageous, but not essential
