About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Services Director to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the success of our front-of-house support services, ensuring long-term customer experience and value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute high-quality support services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Delivery Officer to shape the future strategy of the company's services, driving growth and innovation.
  • Lead the development of a culture of self-development across the services organisation, enabling team members to work across the Company's product and service portfolio.
  • Work with the Sales leadership to identify new opportunities for services and revenue generation, using a tiered support services model.
  • Develop and implement a compliance framework that supports our ongoing compliance with SOC2, ISO, ISO, and GDPR.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning for the business, providing a view on potential improvements for products or services and an assessment of the existing situation and anticipated changes in the external environment.
  • Engage effectively with technical and non-technical team members across the business on key technical issues.
  • Line management responsibility, including staff recruitment, training, and development, regular check-ins, and associated development plans.
  • Management of risk through formal management techniques.
