Job Title: Senior Ecommerce Executive

Go Thrift is a leading online second-hand fashion retailer, revolutionizing the way people buy and sell pre-loved clothing. We're committed to promoting circularity and making sustainable fashion accessible to everyone.

We're seeking a talented Senior Ecommerce Executive to oversee the day-to-day trading and content management of our website. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth through innovative digital strategies and compelling online promotions.

Ecommerce Strategy & Trading
  • Develop and execute our ecommerce strategy to meet trading goals, ensuring seamless alignment with marketing and marketplace strategies.
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns that drive conversions and revenue growth, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure stock, content, discounts, and landing pages are optimized for promotions, resulting in increased sales and customer engagement.
Website Management
  • Oversee website updates, including trade calendar management and landing page development, to maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Respond swiftly to trading conditions with tactical actions to achieve revenue targets, leveraging data analytics to inform decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor content, ensuring our website remains competitive and engaging.
Brand & Marketing Collaboration
  • Partner with brand and marketing teams to create cohesive campaigns and landing pages, driving customer engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with PPC, SEO, and email teams to enhance customer experience and optimize product feeds, resulting in increased sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling homepage and landing page content, driving customer engagement and conversion.
Performance Analysis
  • Analyze sales and online behavior to refine our trading strategy and identify growth opportunities, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and their impact on website performance, driving continuous improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize insights for A/B testing across customer journey touchpoints, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Product & Merchandising Alignment
  • Coordinate with product and merchandising teams to ensure trading activities align with new uploads and promotional strategies, resulting in increased sales and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced D2C digital environment, preferably with Shopify+.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven project management skills in dynamic settings.
