Flow Systems Manager

About the Role
The Flow Room team is responsible for monitoring and controlling the Automated Parcel Sorting System (APSS) and system software to ensure optimal system availability and efficiency. As a key member of the team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, making timely business-critical decisions and providing updates on operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control APSS and system software to achieve key performance measures
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth flow of parcels through the automated sorting system
- Design and maintain system and flow processes to optimize efficiency and quality
- Utilize data analytics skills to drive business decisions and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence and challenge in a positive style
Requirements
- Experience working in a flow or control room environment or automated processing facility
- Strong data analytic skills and ability to translate technical information to a non-technical audience
- Experience designing and maintaining system and flow processes
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Suite skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced automated environment
- Adaptable and receptive to new ideas and willing to adjust to changing demands and circumstances
