Quality Systems Engineer

Acro Aircraft Seating is a leading manufacturer of passenger seats for commercial airlines, seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, working closely with our engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards
- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation
- Provide training and support to colleagues on quality-related topics
- Strong experience in quality management systems, preferably in the aerospace industry
- Comprehensive understanding of aerospace quality standards and requirements, including ISO 9001 and AS 9100
- Proven experience in auditing and managing audit programs
- Valid internal/lead auditor certificate for ISO 9001 and/or AS 9100
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and statistics
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
