Quality Systems Engineer

Acro Aircraft Seating is a leading manufacturer of passenger seats for commercial airlines, driving innovation and excellence in the aerospace industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Systems Engineer to join our team, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to meet aerospace industry standards
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and process enhancements
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and best practices
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in quality management systems and aerospace industry standards
  • Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001 and AS 9100 qualifications
  • Proven experience in auditing and managing audit programs
  • Valid internal/lead auditor certificate for ISO 9001 and/or AS 9100
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and statistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
