CSC Recruitment Ltd is seeking a committed and proactive Client Relations Specialist to join their team. This esteemed residential developer is recognized for crafting exceptional homes and providing outstanding client experiences.
Role Overview:
In the role of Client Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service and ensuring that any concerns or inquiries are addressed promptly.
You will liaise with various internal departments to facilitate the efficient management of client requests while upholding our high standards of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries through various communication channels.
- Organize and coordinate maintenance and repair activities with contractors and internal teams.
- Oversee and document client service issues, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Provide clients with updates regarding the status of their requests or ongoing projects.
- Collaborate closely with the construction and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition process.
- Assist with post-completion client care, including defect management and warranty inquiries.
- Identify patterns in client feedback and communicate them to management for ongoing improvement.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of client service policies and procedures.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in a client service role, ideally within the residential development or construction sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with a positive demeanor and a dedication to providing exceptional client service.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and an understanding of the home-buying process is advantageous.
