In the role of Client Services Policy Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Client Services and receive support in enhancing the efficiency of our Client Services.

As a member of the Client Services Leadership Team, you will be instrumental in fostering ongoing enhancements and assisting staff in delivering modern, evidence-based services, ensuring that our core values of excellence, empowerment, accountability, and respect are reflected in our policies and practices.


The Client Services Policy Manager position is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in supported housing or related fields, driven by a commitment to effect positive change.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, primarily based at our Head Office, with the option for remote work.

We seek someone with experience in supported housing or a related field, possessing current knowledge of evidence-based practices for individuals facing homelessness or other forms of social exclusion.


  • A candidate who is adept with data and has a proven track record of utilizing it to assess services, facilitate learning, and guide decisions regarding practice enhancements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience in policy development and implementation.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications.
