Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Daniel Owen Ltd. As a key member of our Parking Service, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient customer support and service, with specific reference to the consideration of and response to written enquiries, representations, appeals or statutory declarations received from members of the public in relation to Penalty Charge Notices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members of the public via written correspondence.
  • Consider and respond to written enquiries, representations, appeals or statutory declarations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the Customer Relations Team Leader to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Be available to work some evenings, weekends, and occasional public holidays to meet service requirements and ensure appropriate representation of the Council with residents, the Mayor, and elected members, and external bodies.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
