About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Caretaker to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our Estate Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the grounds and facilities of our residential estate are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the grounds and external façade of the buildings
  • Ensure the internal communal amenities are well-maintained and safe for residents
  • Plan and prepare for events and activities on the estate
  • Respond to and resolve issues and complaints from residents and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the Estate Manager and other team members to achieve our goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or a trades background
  • General understanding of Health and Safety requirements in a facilities and grounds maintenance environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Competent in using modern technologies to monitor and record issues
