Role ResponsibilitiesAs the Estates Manager, you will play a crucial role in the oversight and coordination of our retirement living scheme. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizing community activities and events
- Coordinating facility management and maintenance
- Overseeing contractors and service providers
- Conducting health and safety inspections
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a welcoming environment.
Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to customer service and have a friendly, approachable demeanor. Key attributes include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or related fields is preferred. You should be adept at managing multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
